Roughly 16 minutes.

Saturday night, sitting on my couch. Dog tired and half asleep.
Instead of getting up off my butt and going to bed, I got the microphone out and started to ramble.

I thought the end result was funny. Come listen to me while I'm half asleep (yawns and all) in this unedited podcast.
